Bellingham native; Elder Joseph S. Bowman was born and raised in the church and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at the tender age of 13. Elder Bowman was taught to value ministry and the things of God to the fullest. This teaching from his mother (Pastor Lisa Macklin) grandmother (Dr. Edna E. Travis) and the faith exhibited by his father (Professor Joseph S. Bowman III) has created a plethora of God given ministry opportunities. Elder Bowman married the lovely; Lady Pamela Bowman in 1997. Together they endeavor to continue “Building God's Kingdom in the Spirit of Excellence”. Pastor & Lady Bowman has two sons; Joseph S. Bowman V & Josiah A. Bowman. With the endorsement of God they will be futuristically installed as the next leaders of Integrity Life Church.
Pastor Bowman; is the former; National Youth Congress President - Federated Pentecostal Churches Intl. (2006-2007). Additionally, he is the recipient of the prolific “Leadership Award” from his employer; Financial Pacific Leasing, a local based multi-million dollar company in Federal Way. Elder Bowman comes highly recommended of God and his peers, for his heart-felt tenacity for ministry and the furtherance of God's agenda.
